Ordering an item from CherokeeComputer.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

DELIVERY TIME

When you place an order with CherokeeComputer.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in Your Account.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

You may return most items sold by CherokeeComputer.com within 30 days of delivery if your part ordered is DOA.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any monitors 21" inches or larger.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
